Til en dreng på 1 år søger vi dig, der vil være støtte for ham 10,5 timer om ugen. Drengen har en forsinket psyko-motorisk udvikling, og skal kunne tages op, når han har brug for det. Drengen går i vuggestue, men kan ikke være der en fuld dag, og derfor søger vi nu en omsorgsfuld person, som kan være med ham i hans hjem mandage, onsdage og torsdage kl. 14 - 17.30. Arbejdstider Stillingen er på 10,5 timer om ugen. Mandage, onsdage og torsdage kl. 14.00 - 17.30. Opstart hurtigst muligt. Om dig: Du er uddannet lærer, pædagog eller lignende. Du har erfaring i arbejdet med børn. Du er imødekommende og omsorgsfuld. Du kan arbejde selvstændigt og er indstillet på at samarbejde med familien om indhold af aflastningen.  Du kan se dig selv have jobbet i længere tid, så du får en god relation til drengen og hans familie. Events Coordinator for CooperSurgical in Måløv
The job On behalf of CooperSurgical, we are looking for an Events Coordinator to support the Events Manager with Event coordination and support. The role is characterized by being versatile as there are many tasks and projects to support at the same time. Your main task is to make sure that all events are well-planned and that they run well. As the center of the organization, you will get in contact with a range of internal and external stakeholders. For that reason, we hope for you to thrive in an extrovert role where precise communication, seeing the big picture, and accuracy are required. Some of the tasks as an Events Coordinator are: Coordination and execution of a series of international live and virtual events, congresses, and workshops Ensure successful planning, execution and follow-up Administrative tasks such as preparation of material, venue selection, hotel booking, update of the website regarding events, etc. Ad-hoc tasks As Events Coordinator, you play an important role in supporting your colleagues and making sure that their workday runs smoothly. You will be introduced to your tasks to make sure that you are well prepared to work independently. About you First of all, we are looking for a person whose service gene is well developed. Moreover, we hope for you to have experience from a supportive and administrative role from a previous job.  You are a team player but can work independently and do not need a leader to get you started once you are well-introduced to your tasks. You have a strong focus on delivering a quality-assured result whilst still meeting deadlines.   In addition, we expect you to: be proactive a responsible colleague a positive-minded person who thinks in terms of possibilities rather than limitations.   As the corporate language is English, you must be able to communicate in English at a business level both written and oral. Your educational background is not crucial, but maybe you have experience from a similar role or have gained relevant competencies from a relevant education. Practical information The position will cover a duration of 6 months. For the right candidate, there might be a possibility for a fixed contract. The position is a full-time position and working hours will primarily be Monday to Friday between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. It will be possible to work from home a couple of days a week. The office is located Knarpdrupvej 2, 2760 Måløv. We offer a fixed monthly salary. We continuously evaluate incoming applications and conduct interviews accordingly.
